Reset is a slow flow and deep stretch: This fusion class uses gentle vinyasa movements and deep stretch techniques to press reset on your nervous system. We spend the first portion of class exploring a slow flow practice to create space for our body and mind. Midway through class, we switch gears to a juicy deep stretch followed by a sound healing savasana. Though we often believe we must ‘work’ to increase our flexibility, we can achieve more opening by softening and relaxing than forcing our way through strong, dynamic asana practice.
